Physical Activity Link Worker

Healthiest Town wants to support people to become more active as a way of improving their health and wellbeing. In summer 2023 we have employed Sheila Wilson to deliver a free and confidential one-to-one advice service for people (aged >16) living in Aberfeldy and Kinloch Rannoch to become more active to help their physical and/or mental health.

What is it ?

This is a project to support people move more to improve their health and wellbeing.

There is no cost to participate and we will work with any adult from Aberfeldy or Kinloch Rannoch area.

Our link worker, Sheila, will meet with you to discuss your motivation, interests, hopes and challenges. We understand the challenges to physical activity, so Sheila is here to support you with small changes to make a more active you. 

Sheila will work on a 1:1 basis face to face (or by phone). After an initially appointment follow-up will be arranged an a personalised basis.
