Easy Mexican beans recipe.
Soak two cups of black beans overnight. In the morning rinse off and boil in fresh water for about 20 minutes until soft. Chop and fry an onion in olive oil until soft. Ladle the beans with their juices into the frying pan and mash them as they cook. Season and add spices to taste. Serve wearing a sombrero!
