Lost for Words is a poetic and visually stunning documentary inspired by Robert Macfarlane and Jackie Morris’ acclaimed book. Set across the landscapes of the UK, the film weaves together voices of children, activists, and Alzheimer’s patients. Through their stories, it highlights the deep bond between words and the environment. This artistic, multi-voiced journey invites us to rethink our place in the world and reawaken wonder.

The film will be followed by led-discussion with Ciara Gibson, a nature artist from Highland Perthshire.

Walk & Make Magical Felt Feet

11am to 1pm ~ February 5

Aberfeldy Town Hall

Inspired by felt maker Yuli Somme's Felt Feet Walking Project, this session involves taking a gentle stroll with our feet wrapped in wet felting wool. This will create our unique felt feet, which once dry can be decorated with natural objects collected on the walk, marking the journey made. And as our soles meet the soil words may arise that can be gathered into a poem.
