You feta believe it - this evening will be ripe with cheese knowledge, cheese demos,  cheesy conversation, and a screening of cheesy documentary Shelf Life.

The evening starts with a cheesemaking demonstration from artisan cheesemaker, Kristen Allan will demonstrate a simple cheese for you to make at home.  Labne, a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine,  is a strained yoghurt cheese with a thick and creamy texture. Kristen will discuss how to use the leftover whey in cooking and baking and will also teach you how to make her delicious fermented fig leaf and plum, whey soda. Following the demonstration, indulge in a grazing plate curated by Kristen and our the cinema cafe manager, Cristina Rodrigues.
